About SAGE

A small firm built around
one signature, and one standard.

SAGE Environmental Services is a Boise-based environmental consultancy specializing in commercial-transaction due diligence. We were founded to solve a specific problem. CRE closings kept stalling on late, under-scoped, or over-priced Phase I reports from national franchise consultancies.

Today the firm is owner-operated, highly credentialed, and relentlessly focused on clean deliverables for commercial real estate agents, developers, lenders, and investors. We read the standard, we walk the site, and we write the report. No outsourcing, no hand-offs, no boilerplate.

Boise-based and working the full Intermountain region. Idaho, Northern Utah, Eastern Oregon, and Western Montana. We know the historic land uses that matter here: rail spurs, dry cleaners, ag chemical storage, mining legacy. Our work is BBB Accredited; you can also find us on LinkedIn.
